New Adventures!

Hi everyone,

I’ve had some truly memorable adventures this summer. I used my Texas State Parks Pass and visited some incredibly lovely spots! I will be sharing some gorgeous photos of Lake Tawakoni State Park, Fort Parker State Park, Buescher State Park and one of my favorites, McKinney Falls State Park soon.

All the parks were full of wildlife in May and June. I spotted so many deer including several adorable fawns. But I need to work on my wildlife photography, I only have some poor iPhone pics and videos. I saw birds galore! I started keeping a bird sighting checklist that I’ve barely made a dent in. There are so many different species in Texas! I did find a couple perfect crow feathers and a beautiful striped one from a blue jay to remind me of my beautiful walks.

The trails were mostly uncrowded and always magical. I had so many moments that felt like I’d stepped back in time. I hope my photographs will share at least a little bit of the magic I felt.

It’s always nice to be home but I’m already thinking about my next adventure.

Dreams becoming reality

Hi everyone! I am so excited to share my photographs with you. This is the realization of my dreams. I am in the process of getting a 23ft RV ready to get on the road. I am going to travel and document the beauty I find. I hope you all will enjoy my adventures!
